I have a Emerson 32" LC 320 EM1F, When I press power button, green light flashes 12 times then red light comes on and goes to standby. What seems to be the problem? How can I fix it?

It sounds that the main digital board has damaged. 12 blinks indicates it. if you wish to know more check this link for more details about 12 blinks to Emerson TVs

EMERSON LC320EMX WHEN TURN ON GREEN LIGHT FLASHES THEN GOES TO RED

Sounds like capacitor/s failing on the power board. This is a common issue and there is lots of literature and even videos on how to perform the repair on web. A shop will charge upwards of $200 for this repair yet if you find the components and only have them change those; perhaps they will work with you on cost. GL!

I have a LCD Color TV, but when turn on, green

The most common problem is the Power/Backlight Inverter Board. There are 6 mini transformers on the board, one goes bad and the TV will turn itself OFF automatically for " Protection Mode". Replace the whole board or replace the bad mini transformer.

Emerson 37" HD LC320EM8A flashes on and off

this is 9 times out of ten a bad relay or power supply unit there might be a bad capcitor inside that is causing this shutdown, I would rule out the powersupply before the relay at this point. Good luck when i doubt please bring it in for repair its still a good tv to invest in.
