Turn table will not turn

Stopped working. Have reset on/off turn table switch to no avail.

    Dave: thanks. I checked power to the motor and it was good. Ordered a new motor and it is now working like new,

I'd check to see if the turntable motor has continuity. If it does, check to see if 120 volts is being supplied to it. If both are o.k., then the motor has probably bound-up in some way internally. There's also the possibility that it has mechanically become detached from the hub that turns the glass tray.

MICROWAVE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

Let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.

Otherwise, it sounds like a bad door switch or door switch mount.

Microwave Oven EM-804T

You need to trace the power feeding the high voltage transfomer. Because the table doesn't turn, it implies that a door switch or safety interlock is the problem.
