get your manual and scan in the appropriate "host" option. You will have to scan in the "USB host" barcode. There may be more than one. Your scanner should be set to the HID usb Keyboard option. Keyboard Wedge Barcode Scanners are sometimes tricky because they will not operate if the keyboard is physically attached to the Scanners' "Y" cable. A possible solution would be to attach an additional keyboard to the "Y" cable and simply set it aside un-used. (This would allow you to continue to use the Wireless Keyboard; which I assume is USB). I may also be able to program the scanner to operate in a Laptop Mode which would allow you to operate successfully as-is. I would need your exact model number to investigate if this is possible.

Please try to reset your scanner configuration, using some utilities from it's manual book (usually available at it's case/box), restore it (usually by scanning it) to original factory configuration or scan a label that would enable all symbologies.
