Does anyone of a company that can repair my Bugatti vera kettle. It powers up but won't boil

look its probably broken or some wires under the kettle cover are damaged so you can buy a new cover and then everything will be okay (Y)

The battery is rechargeable.

c) Battery
The battery can be removed and replaced by user because it is placed inside the handle (3). The battery
life is over 2 years. After that period the battery still has 70% capacity. When the display (2) cannot stay ON,
while the kettle (4) is removed from the power base (5), means that the battery has reached its minimum
level capacity.

Contact an authorised Bugatti Customer Service Center in order to change the battery : the service center
will send you the battery pack and its replacement instruction. Attention : remember that the batteries are
consumable parts and they are out of warranty

Hi. Did you find a solution. I have the same problem. P lit and clock icon lit. Buttons don't do anything. Tried resetting with the small button with a pin but it's not working

Is the kettle lid fully down? If not then the sensor won't get hot enough to activate the power cut off sequence. If all this is OK then consider junking the kettle for a new one. Obviously, if you are attached to kettle then take it to a reputable repairer. If the kettle is a fairly cheap one he should suggest replacing it.

Since it is a recent purchase, first take it to your retailer for exchange or failing that check your warranty first.

This sounds like a defective thermostat.
