I have run my Homelite Vac Attack ii using gasoline only. Now it wont run.

You need to take to shop and have them check it out, more than likely the cost of Repairs will exceed the price of a new Blower, In other words Yes this Motor is NO GOOD . Sorry For the Bad News..

I have a Homelite VAC Attack II that dies when you increase the throttle after it has warmed up for about 5 minutes. Any ideas?

Sounds as if its running out of petrol to the carb, have you checked for dirt in the tank, and or carb, failing that, you may need a new carb kit ,diaphram etc, they are available on ebay, rgds

My Homelite Vac Attack II is 4 years old and I

fit new pump ad float diaphragms in the carby
the fuel mix has become irrelevant as Stihl have an oil that is a 50:1 oil and covers all ratios and mixtures
do not use any e-mix fuels as that destroys carby components

Does this blower use 2 cycle mix; I have a homelite vac attack II 200mph blower and it is having trouble starting

Yes it will use a fuel mixture of 40:1(3.2 oz of two cycle oil to 1 gallon of gas). Any fuel sitting over 30 days now is considered bad fuel. All the manufacturers schools this year and told us this. We are finding it to be true.
Good day.

What is the gas ratio for Homelite Vac Attack II

The mix that I would use is one ounce of two cycle oil per quart or four ounces of two cycle oil per gallon of unleaded gasoline. Hope this helped and best wishes.
