Not moving fabric forward
Check the feed dogs are in UP position. If so, are they moving back and forward when turning the hand wheel (be careful if you have a needle in the machine). If they are not moving back/forward, it is either the lower shaft has slipped out of position or the stepper motor has gone bad and needs replacing. Your local authorized husqvarnaviking dealer should be able to repair the machine. You can find the nearest dealer at http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/us

Your feed dogs are in the down position. Check your manual.

The feed dog motor needs re-calibrating. If recalibrating does not resolve the problem, the feed dog stepper motor may need to be replaced. These tasks have to be done by a certified Husqvarna Viking service technician. Suggest that you take it to an authorized husqvarna viking dealer for service. You can locate a dealer near you by visiting the husqvarna viking website and clicking on the Dealer link on the left-hand side of the page - http://www.husqvarnaviking.com
Good luck.
SOURCE: Feed Dogs do not feed
You have probably inadvertantly lowered the feed dogs. Find the lever for this machine and turn it to re engage the feed dogs....
SOURCE: The feed dog just moves the fabric back and forth
Take it to a knowledgeable repair center and have it service. I can't think of anything that would break to cause this. I'd imagine something is frozen and not moving freely. When you take it in to have it checked, the person looking at it should immediately try the stitch selector operation, the reverse button operation and look under the removable cam, in the back, to check for cracks in the fixed cam. If they don't look at these items, check with someone else about working on the machine.
