That would have been the password you set on your account when you initially signed up. You can try to reset your password using the Forgot password? link.

Click the "Forgot account" link on the Facebook sign-in page.

if you still remember your user name, type it in the box and under password click FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the prompts

Click the "Need help?" link on the Gmail sign-in page.

That can be a problem. I save passwords in the browser, locked behind a master password. Follow the Google search:

and perhaps one of the options given will help you out.

See if you have any luck with account recovery.

The problem might be that you changed you whole account and know you are using a different one.
you can try to get back to your account if it hadn't been more than a since the last day you signed in that account.
Try this
go to Google.com homepage
click on G-mail
in the the sign-in
type in your username that you forgot you password(your old username)
for the password type a random password
and then click sign-in

The the page will display an error message saying that the password is invalid.

the you must click on forgot password
after clicking on forgot password they will ask you for an e-mail

they will ask you to type in an email address that you have access to it can be (yahoo, outlook, etc:)
after typing in this e-mail, go to the e-mail and sign-in you will find a message from Google team and a password that they have sent you
