After I paid for this product, it took them (regnow.com) 45 minutes to send the registration key by e-mail. The registration key was not on the confirmation e-mail.
When I installed and tried to use the software, I get a box that tells me I have to register the product first, which, when I click "Yes", it takes me to a regnow.com website that offers absolutely no help with activating the product, no instructions, and no mention of where to find the product activation key.
About an hour later, I get a second e-mail with the activation code contained therein.
There was no reference to waiting for a second e-mail with the
product key, either. On the confirmation e-mail or either of teh two web pages I accesses while trying to find the activation cosde. The result - I wasted an hour of my time on this.

Try going to Digital River's Support section and explaining what happened. They should be able to help you.
The address you posted for them is not valid. So further troubleshooting from our end won't continue.
Code? It really simple ya. Just go type in driver detective in the search and download it and buy it and there will send you code. Very simple indeed
