1. Press and hold the "M" memory button for 4secs approx. until "Sprache" appears in the first line, and "deutsch" appears the the second line of indicator screen.

2. Press the button with the two triangles on each other to highlight "deusch"

3. Use the function selector to choose the required language

4. Press the "M" once to save the selection

5. Language should now be in your required language

I have been trying to find a replacement right door spring for a neff Combination Microwave oven H5972N0GB but the manufacturer has stopped making it. I have found that the door spring from a C57W40N0GB will work if you slightly enlarge the hole in the lower mounting plate. The spring for the C57W40N0GB is widely available.

Is it cutting out while working as oven or microwave or just after 5 seconds of switching on ?

no solution sorry but we also have a Neff mw/combi oven which keeps blowing for no apparent reason, the Neff repair man has looked at it 4 times and practically replaced every component -power module, operating module,relay board, door switches but it`s just gone again! The model is a H5972N0GB/01 and it is approx 3 yrs old, no problem for the first 2 years .Time to write to Neff -is yours the same model?
