Lg rd 9800 old mobile cannot be activated. i talked to reliance customer care who hv told me there is an rsn mis match which i do not understand, can u help

Any verizon phone should be able to be activated.
try this-
1. turn phone on
2. call *228
3. follow the instruction to automated activation system.

verizon has given me alot of **** about activating any new (or old) phone i've gotten because i dont upgrade my service. i just buy my phones off ebay for a way cheaper price.

If the phone is for erizon then you need to take it to the nearist verizon store not all wireless but a real verizon store and ask them if it is stolen or if the esn is bad tell them you need to have it activated
