That indicates the copier does not under stand the paper size in those draws so check the guide that hold the paper. ensure they are snug up against the paper also check that there is no paper stuck behind those draw preventing the sensors from reading the correct paper size.

When you say the rear tray what do you mean, ON the document feeder tray or raising the document feeder up placing the document on the big glass. Never heard of a rear tray?????

Mean the copier can not figure the setting of the guides in the draws set the guides for the correct papaer

Konica Minolta Bizhub 600 Malfunction Detected C-0203

Tray #2 Lift motor. Open the 2 draw check that there is not any paper in the back. if there is or was a small piece may have got stuck in the electrical connection at the back of the draw preventing the copier to raise the second draw.

Is tray 2 OK?
Any paper stuck behind the draw. Check the setting off draw one in user mode is it for that size paper?

Did you try it from the platen glass? make sure it's the just the ADF and not the optics. Try it from different trays.

I fix the error thanks to Patrillica on my BIZHUB 350!
The paper stock in tray 1 or to be exact above the tray 1, when you open it, you can hardly see it. After you remove the paper you should unplug your machine and then lug it back.
