How do I fix inner tub blanace

I have replaced the shocks and the springs are solid. Inner drum is not spinning centered and is loose feeling. Pretty sure something supporting or balancing the inner steel drum is bad. This is an LG WM2487HRM

SOURCE: Maytag Washer Noise While Spinning

Most washer models have snap-clips holding the front of the top panel down, with hinge-like clips at the back. Carefully pry up the top panel on the front of the machine using a tool that won't scratch the finish, such as a plastic or wooden wedge. If it does not pop loose fairly easily, then carefully examine the back of the machine to see if this is a rare model that has screws holding down the top panel. (But really, it _should_ just pop loose.) Once the top panel is tilted up to expose the inside, you should be able to see everything you need to see inside the body to evaluate a spinning drum problem.

SOURCE: stainless steel drum loose

A loose inner drum usually indicates a failed rear tub bearing. The only solution is to replace the rear half of the tub. (which contains the bearing).... You can check if the pulley nut has come loose by removing the rear panel. There is a large nut that retains the belt pulley to the shaft of the basket.

SOURCE: Maytag washer MAV551EEWW top load with loose tub

If the tub seal lets go water will weep into the tub bearing. This will rust the basket shaft and normally wreck the tub bearing. Once the bearings starts to get worn enough it usually gets very noisy. The tub bearing is pressed onto the outer back half of the tub shell assembly. Normally need to replace the inner basket/shaft assembly  and the outer shell with the tub bearing.
Sometimes the inner basket support will crack, this can give an clicking or banging noise as well.

Pictures of this job...
A sure indication was the brown junk/gookus leaking out if the rear bearing area and the belt has spewed it around in the drum that the rear bearing and seal was bad...

The whole outer shell and basket come out to do this repair....what bad bearing and rusted shaft looked like...

I had to remove the back panel. Undo the pump hose & water level hose, remove the 2 shocks, remove the motor, undo the front boot from the outer panel and remove the 2 springs to lift the whole assembly out from the back to work on it.

I have an LG tromm washing machine model number wm2277hw that goes out of balance and Shakes and bounces in spin cycle even after I replaced shocks Springs an. feet .

How old is it if you have replaced shocks it’s probaly the bearings which is not an easy job to replace you have to strip it down to find bearing and replace bearing are cheap enough but it’s a long slow proscess not worthwhile getting somebody to do it for u it will cost 100 +

Spinning cycle makes a lot of noise

See if the tub will spin freely by hand. Spin it both ways. It should coast silently to a stop. If you hear a dragging sound or it doesn't spin smoothly look for a sock between the inner and outer tubs. Start looking in the upper left side at about the 10:00 and 11:00 positions. That's where i usually find them.
If it seems to spin ok then see if the inner tub wobbles separately from the outer drum. Push up on inner basket from inside. The outer drum and inner tub should rise and fall as a solid piece. If you feel a separation the bearings need replaced or the spider assembly has broken. Only a complete teardown can tell which. Hope this helps.

My indesit washing vibrates when it is spinning why?

If it is a front loading machine:
If you lift on the inner tub from the inside of it the outer tub should raise with it. They should feel pretty solidly like one unit. If there is a sloppiness to it at all the tub bearings are shot or the Spider bracket is busted.
If the inner and outer tub feel solidly together look for a sock between the inner and outer tub. They can roll and twist up and cause real havoc.

If it's a top loading machine:
Check for wiggle of inner and outer tub. If no wiggle check for sock as above.

Let me know.

Front seal not supporting drum, drum flops violently, doesn,t leak. seal wont stay on drum.

it sounds like you may have tub bearing issues or your suspension springs or shocks may be missing or broken. The front seal is just there for sealing, thats its sole purpose.
Basically there is two parts, the inner stainless steel drum and the outer plastic tub housing. Reach inside and see if you can move the inner stainless drum up and down any significant amount? If so the bearings are most likely shot. If its pretty solid but the outer plastic tub moves, its most likely a suspension issue. You can take off the top to get a much better view of the components.

The washer clunks during spin cycle. I removed the back and found some pieces of plastic from the outer drum enclosure. Other than that, everything seemed to be intact. The "shocks" or feet were not broken...

If the inner basket has broken off on one of the three braces on the back side where it is welded to the main spindle shaft that goes through the outer shell and bearing, you will need to replace the spindle and probably the inner basket. Some come together, some can be bought seperately and bolted. Not sure which yours is. Most people go out and replace unit rather than attempt ths repair because of cost if done by a appliance business. It is a complete tear down, and part or parts are expensive.

If you grab the inner basket and try to move it side to side, it should be solid.. The whole tub assembly can move while your doing this, but the inner basket should be solid in the back bearing
Just one idea..

Frigadaire front load washer, drum is very low in

Is the drum bouncing around?
Remove the front lower panel and the top from the cabinet. Replace the shocks and/or tub support springs if they are broken.
If the spin is noisy, there might be a problem with the inner basket or the tub bearing.
Good luck!

Tub wobbles terrably in spin mode

Try lifting the inner drum to check if there is any movement between the inner and outer drums, also turn the drum and listen for any grinding or scraping sound from the rear of the drum. Its possible that your bearings have gone out & need to be replaced. The job is far from easy.

Whirlpool washing machine, top load

hi without further investigation its a bit hit or miss , does the whole tub tilt or is it just the inner drum ?
if its just the inner drum then it sounds like the bearings are on there way out
if its the whole tub then it could be one of the springs that it hangs from or the shock absorber underneath that may have come adrift
hope this helps

Kenmore spin cycle thumping noises

I just went through the same issue with my Kenmore front loading washing machine. I assumed (and a Sears repairman also told me) that it is the bearings. After I took the drum assembly out, I saw the rear drum broken and the inner tub hitting the outer tub. I ordered the outer drum assembly and only when I took the inner drum assembly out I realized the the "Spider" attached to the inner drum (and spindle) was broken. Entire drum assembly cost $417 + shipping and it may be cheaper in the long run to buy a new washer. I like the front loaders because they save water and good for the environment, but the US manufacturers have not yet perfected the technology like European manufacturers (or they don't want the machines to last too long just like cars). Anyway, I am looking into welding the spider tomorrow. If not will return the outer tub assembly and buy a top loading washer for $300!
