How do i change the time on my Teac SLD80 radio/cd player?

Hi Dave, if you do not have good radio tuning, you would have to extend the antenna and try the result
Regarding the Phono, check that the pua is clean, that there is no residue stuck

If your Teac Radio/CD Player is the model: GR 7I then you would be able to turn the alarm off by doing the following.
Press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button(s) to toggle each alarm on and then off.
If you have a different model Teac, please let me know which model so I can further assist you.

It's just a CD player, not an air conditioner. Get whatever they have that fits.

I had the same problem in 2007: I removed the cover and manually encouraged the cd drawer to open. It has been working ever since.

Sicne this is a new system, don't waste time on it. Return it for an exchange. The CD portion is not working. The reading message indicates that the unit detects a disc, but can not read it. This is usually a problem with the optical assembly or the processing board. Neither should be a problem at this time. Replace it under warranty.

The "set time" button on my SR-L100 is located inside the CD compartment. To set the time the unit needs to be in the standby mode. Press and hold the set time button until the time blinks, then use the tuning/clock adj. dial to set it. Hope this helps! Ted

Open CD Cover. In the left rear is the time set button. Depress it for at least 3 seconds and you will be in the time set mode. Use the "Skip" rotary knob to adjust the time.
