it needs a new one

unscrew it and change the flex to enable it view programms

have the flexcable replaced and try also a new battery

menu/contacts/select teh options and scroll to copy all contacts

you need to have the flexcable replaced.

have the LCD replaced and that will correct the problem that you are having.
