I am looking for a tuner for soyo tv

If your country uses the PAL TV system make sure the TV tuner is not set to NTSC.

You would have to replace the tuner board or maybe just good reflow

Are you saying the TV is not working? Or a TUNER attached to the TV? Be clear about that please!

The thing to find out first is does it have a ATSC type (digital tuner) in it or not---if not you may need a set top converter box for this.

you can be having problem in your relay circuit.it is cause by one cap maybe a 10mf that is not filtering properly.check around in that area.for leaking caps or a open transistor.good luck.

i have a soyo 32' flat screen tv. i bought it a couple of years ago, but i have a manual that i can photo copy and send you

Long story short: 
Had the same problem with my Soyo. 
Thought it was the power supply board problem that everyone else was reporting. 
ordered one.  Plugged it in.  Did not work. 
Inspected the Main/Logic board and found what looked like a black button that could be depressed.  It is located to the right of main processor on the board.  You can't really miss it. 
With the TV plugged in, I pressed the suspect button.  The TV made a buzzing/clicking noise for a few moments and the stuck blue illuminated power button faded away. 
Curious by this, I pressed the power button and low and behold the TV comes to life! 
Looks like I found a "reset" button which seems to have fixed my problem. 
Thanks Soyo for not bothering to mention that such a button exists. 
I hope the rest of you have the same good luck.  In the event you are still in need of a power supply board, email me.  I have a spare now it seems.  ;)
