We had an incident where the console fell and when I next turned it on to change the game the tray wouldnt even budge and the led for the eject button light wasnt glowing. I rebooted it again and when I click the eject button the led blinked a few times and the tray sounded like it was trying to open but of course stayed the way it was. The console itself works fine and the game that is in it but the tray and eject are broken
The disc tray and the eject button are now broken and are not working anymore on your PS 3 console after it fell and it will have to be fixed or you could buy a new PS 3 console from Lukie Games and DKOldies and East Starland games.

Just try to wait for 30 - 50 sec.
If that does not work than EJECT THE DISC AND THAN TURN OF THE SYSTEM, It has nothing to do with your PS3, Check your connection status and reset all your internet settings BUT NOT THE SYSTEM ITSELF.
If this still doesnt work than there's something wrong with the disc.

maybe you should try different games? see if those different games freeze, if so, then it might be your blu-ray player in your ps3, or your ps3 might be overheating. my games froze at certain points because my ps3 was overheating, just try a few different games

it is fried and needs repairs if you break the seal by trying it yourself you void the warrany

HI, this is a power unit issue. you will need to replace the power unit block asap if possible. these can be purchase on line or, you can contact sony for this repair as well.
we recommend contacting Sony for the correct power unit for your system.
