That error means the voltage sensor has detected higher voltage then should be present. This means power supply is bad.

It is likely you may have used self-clean feature at some stage before this happened. The error is something to do with oven overheating. This is common when you use self-clean. The solution may be to reset the thermal fuse.

e 3 is error because of high voltage may be more than 30 kW at your house......it will not work with it u have to buy a voltage regulator for it........

Call Electrolux or go to their web site and explain the problem there tech department will be able to tell you if you need a service call or can fix yourself.
