The paper isn't just wrinkled, it's warped like it's been heated or gotten wet. It's not the paper, have tried some from several different cases, does the same thing. The paper goes in perfect, but comes out looking like it has gotten wet and then dried, warped, not wrinkled or jammed.

SOURCE: BizHub 450 Universal tray won't pick up paper
Sounds like either a loose drive connection or there is some trace piece of paper still left in the device.
BNe sure not to overload or UNDERload the tray as well.

I turned the printer off, took the power cable out, and turned the printer on. After 60 seconds I turned the printer off, put the power cable back in and turned the printer again on. This is a solution in order to loose all the voltage/current build up in the printer. Whether this is the solution or just coincidental, I don't know. The printer worked well after that.
Is this paper the same weight/thickness as the white paper?
Are you specifying the settings properly as far as the weight and type?
It sounds like the sensors are detecting a double feed(?)
Try different settings for the tray, and even try a different brand of stock to verify.

I had what seems to be a similar problem and the issue was that the rubber "feet" that grab the paper weren't grabbing anymore. So, I constantly got a paper jam reading. I read elsewhere to wipe some glass cleaner/ammonia on the "feet" so that they become "sticky" again. When I did this, the "Feet" or rubber semi-circle parts that rotate around a metal bar then started to correctly grab the paper again and the error stopped.
