My phone is all of a sudden not being recognised by my PC (Windows 7) so I can download photos. There is nothing wrong with the port, as it recognises other devices. In control panel>device manager it is not even recognising an 'unknown device'. I don't know how to install new drivers or where to even find them online. The actual samsung website doesn't seem to have this model (GT-I9210T) as a dropdown option so that was a dead end to seeking help. Can anyone provide simple instruction for how to check if I need to install a new driver and where to find it? thanks

SOURCE: Hi,
I had a similar problem with trying to upload a web cam. Windows 2000 professional (the best OS available bar none) is to old to be able to handle the technology. Unfortunately you will have to upgrade (downgrade) your system to Windows XP. Do not touch Vista, it is full of bugs. Good luck
