You would need to send the projector back to Dell for service with replacing any parts other than the bulb.

3 Press "Enter" on the remote, then "Reset." Press "OK" to complete the process, and "MENU" to exit the menu.
Service Level Reset
1 Turn off the DLP with the remote.
2 Press
a pre-determined button sequence on the remote control to access the
factory reset option. These sequences are found in the owner's manuals
of the various DLP televisions, or in the "Support" sections of the
manufacturers' websites. Scroll to the "RESET" option on the menu to
reset the bulb timer.
3 Press
a factory-determined combination of buttons on the remote and front
panel of the individual DLP display to reset the bulb timer without
entering a menu.
