Can anyone repair Dictaphone Straight Talk digital call-in dictation system?

Hello yes it is. Walkabout Transfer Software, version 1.5.2, is required for the WA5220 portable. Backwards-compatible with WA5210/5215(DS) portables. Windows 7 compatible. You'll need a digital recorder (Dictaphone makes one - a Walkabout Model 5220). Transferring a recording from an analog (tape) machine to a PC requires a patch cord to hook it up to your PC, then some sort of software to record it while it's playing back.

Hello this was a great unit, the price was around $150.00 or more but is hard to fine one
I recommend to change Digital they are a lot good models and no more tapes broken or losing you dictation with digital you have a lot time recording and great audio quality for less money here are some.
Is totally except to you is just a recommendation.

I've never encountered that problem, but the manual says: Make sure remote Transcribe indicator is extinguished. Move the Transcribe switch to Local position. Locate letter to erase with either [Prev. Ltr] or [Next Ltr]. Simultaneously press [Currnet Ltr] and [Erase] buttons to erase letter appearing in Item Status display. A tone plays and Erase LED lights briefly. Letter is automatically deleted.
To erase all Transcribed Letters: Make sure "In Use" Transcribe indicator is extinguished. Move Transcribe switch to Local position. Simultaneously press the [Finished Ltrs] and [Erase] buttons. Tone plays and Erase LED lights briefly. Good luck!

You should setup 2 different work types. Have the dictator select the work type prior to dictating the job. The higher priority work type should be sorted higher up in the pool script for Enterprise Express. If this is a Straight Talk, simply have the dictator select work type 2 (priority) and that job will come to you first.
