My machine registers incoming faxes as receiving, but never prints out a fax nor stores anything in memory. It prints, copies, and scans correctly. It sends faxes and prints transmission verifications and fax journals, but won't print incoming faxes. The fax journal shows one incoming fax with the error code "NG poor line condition/out of memory" and the rest of the incoming faxes are omitted entirely even though the screen showed "receiving". Any troubleshooting tips for this issue?

Hi,
I can advise you on the 'memory full' problem, mate.
If
you get a MEMORY FULL message while scanning the first page of a fax,
press Stop to cancel the scan. If you get a MEMORY FULL message while
scanning in a subsequent page, you’ll have the option to press Start to
transmit the pages scanned
so far, or to press Stop to cancel the operation. In this case, send the fax by the Manual Transmission.
Depending
on your typical faxes, MEMORY FULL errors can occur frequently. If this
happens, change the Memory Transmission setting back to OFF.
To do this:
Press Function/Set, 3, 9.
This should take you to MEMORY TX
and MEMORY TX: ON?
Then press either the left or the right arrow (< or >) to switch on or off, and press Function/Set.
For the next fax transmission only, press < or > to select
NEXT FAX ONLY and press Function/Set.
This
will mean you don't add any more to the memory and may be able to send
faxes. There is a possibility that you will only be able to fax using
manual transmission, but at least you should be able to use the machine
to fax at all!
I apologise if the jargon is confusing, just try to go through the process one step at a time and you should be fine.
Hope this helps :)

You may need to prevent your received faxes from being accessed by unauthorized people. You can turn on secure receiving mode to restrict printing of received faxes when the machine is unattended. In secure receiving mode, all incoming faxes go into memory. When the mode is deactivated, any stored faxes are printed.
Press (Fax) on the control panel.
Press Menu until Advanced Fax appear.
Press the left/right arrow until Secure Receive appear and press OK.
Press the left/right arrow until On appear and press OK.
Enter a four-digit password you want to use and press OK.
You can activate secure receiving mode without setting a password, but cannot protect your faxes.
Re-enter the password to confirm it and press OK.
Press Stop/Clear to return to ready mode.
When a fax is received in secure receiving mode, your machine stores it in memory and shows Secure Receive to let you know that there is a fax received.
