Firstly, have you tried changing the battery?
Secondly, have you tried setting it 20 minutes ahead, to see if it rectifies itself over a day or so? It may be that the mechanism has gotten a little sticky.

Use the smallest flat tool in a mini screwdriver set and pry gently but firmly until there's enuff room to fit screwdriver under the rim.
