SOURCE: Installed a new processor and now it wont work

Is that an upgraded processor? If it is, then somehow, it could be its configuration problem with the older processor on software side. Your previous installation of OS remember its past processor and reporting error.

You can try fresh installation. Just for the input.

Msi x370 no bios. won't go into bios. did jumper did cmos.

wrong CPU used, it has no igpu on die of CPU
4800 has it yours does not
so buy a GPU card and use
that
read the manual how to set that up in
BIOS (DEL)key (num lock off)
reset the bios if bios acts odd
jumper JBA1, with GPU card installed (page 37 RTM)
this will enable the card, to default it.
then what port works on that card (vast exist) some have 3video ports
and some only work in bios others not
higher end cards all 3 work, even HDMI
if DVI on card, use it first or via VGA to DVI adapter
if HDMI fails on card under BIOS.
i have boxes of cards here and all this is true.
try a GTX1650

I cannot get the s5000vsa to boot from usb.

It's a server mobo.. it might not be configured out of the box to support that. Check the BIOS.. after that check for any BIOS updated for that board. It might be an issue they resolved. You also might have to TELL it to boot from an external source (some MoBo's make you press the TAB button at POST to open that menu.. others the F10 key)

How to disable on board video

Press Del while the Press DEL to enter SETUP message displays on screen after powering on the computer. This will load your BIOS. From there go to the video tab and highlight "on board video" and set it to disabled.
Note: you must have a video card if you disable your on board video on your motherboard.

Have an AN9 32X mobo with a Sapphire HD 4850 (512) vc, which works fine with Win XP Pro, but when I go to install a new HD (WD 1tb) and new OS all I get is graphics card crashes and won't actually boot. ...

I assume you know what key to press at boot up in order to get the machine to boot into bios. On mine I have to keep hitting the delete key at boot time for the Award setup screen to show. Other machines may take different key strokes.

Also you might want to get a copy of a compatible edition of a Linux distro and boot into it. You'll have to set your BIOS for the DVD to be your first boot drive in order for the "live" Linux DVD to boot into Linux.
