if the display on the CD, reads, no disc, then try to clean the CD lensthe best way is with a cotton bud and white spirit or something similar also buy a cheap CD lens clearer kit, in the cheap shops for about a quid, keep putting it into the CD player, it will clean as it goes,
Maybe it is dirty. try a cd lens cleaner. you can get them from local electronic stores. and if that's the problem then keep your cds clean. put them back in their case and only handle them by putting your finger through the hole and gently supporting the outside edge. never touch the face (other side to label) and if you do get dirt or bogies on em then clean from the center outwards in straight line. Good luck!
Please also let me know if u get any error msg too. If dont get any error msg. Please try to clean compartment of ur CDJ. But you have to open ur CDJ than clean it. If it does not work again. Then ur CDJ need adjustment or alignment.
Given all the things that you ahev done, clean the drive with a CD/DVD cleaner and / or air duster. Check the device is enabled in Device Manager and it shows no errors. If it does then read the explanation. If not and it looks OK you will most likely need a new drive!

It sounds like there is an issue with the laser in the CD-ROM drive because it spins for 10 seconds trying to read the disk and stops because it cannot. If you try and put another disk in and it does this then the CD-ROM is bad. You can find replacements online for reasonable prices. You can also go to most electronic stores to purchase a replacement. They usually run around $30 dollars or less.
