You can hook up a PS2 to any TV made. You just might need a VCR or something else between the PS2 and the TV to get the Audio/Video Cable to work. Thats the Red, White and Yellow. If the Bush 14" has the red , White and Yellow RCA jacks and sais INPUT next to them. You definitely will get it hooked up.

This is probably like the "Ring Of Death" that is included also with the Xbox 360. You might need to replace it. Have you been using it over a long period of time?

is it just the tv screen saying no signal? if so you may still have your tv in HDMI mode if not then you need to go into the television settings

In case you know very well electronics, you must open the cover of your monitor and find a fuse burned. You change this. You must repair power supply which supports voltage to work light on your screen. You must be expert to repair this.
