Laptop wont even boot up

Do you have it on a power strip? if so try resitting it,if the battery is at full charge then you have an internal problem in the laptop itself.Bad power board, etc.Hope this helps.

Acer aspire one model zg5 battery won't charge

I have exactly the same problem and am searching at the same time as you. I think you are wrong. I think the 150 is for the larger screen model. I think we need the 110.

I think it's this one that i found at acer-euro

ftp://ftp.work.acer-euro.com/netbook/aspire_one_110/bios/v.3309.zip

but I'm afraid to use it (which is not to say I know how). Somthing about putting it onto a USB drive and running scripts. At least that's what they do with this problem on a 150

Doesn't turn on unless plugged into ac adaptor

You may have to replace the battery or it's possible there's a short circuit on the battery line that's why it's not charging.
