Then drum turns, the clothes dry, but it shakes so badly if something is on top the shaking will knock it off. Very loud noise also. Sounds like it may be coming from the drum ?!?
Something must be inside the blower wheel. I cannot imagine why it would shake like that. This dryer has 4 wheels instead of 2 so it oughta be stable. The only thing to do is get inside the machine and see what is causing it. The dryer with a filter inside is also sometimes known as a series 90 dryer. Look for some series 90 dryer videos on youtube. Like this crappy one I made:

Take off the back panel of the dryer and look at the motor and belt turning the drum. There may be something caught on the drum and is pinned in place causing the noise. The motor could be loose on the platform and needs to be tightened. It is probably something physical and seen causing the noise.

The dryer has "rollers" underneath the dryer drum that support and allow the drum to roll smoothly when drying.
I believe one or both of your rollers are worn out. In either case, make sure you replace them all or you will be doing this again in the near future when the other one decides to fail.
Below is a diagram of the rollers ( #44 ) that need to be checked and replaced.
Let me know.'

you have bad a bad roller.first you nead to remove the lint filter.next you nead to remove the two screw's at lint filter opening.now grage top on both side's and pull forward and up.ther are two 5/16# screw's one obnthe left and one on the right.pull frount panal forward and u[p to remove frount panal.position panal on the right side.reach under drum and release the drum belt.now you can take the drum belt and lift it up and remove the drum.now you see the right roller.ther is a plactic holder that hold's the roller on.remove the holder and remove the roller.replace the roller and the holder.now reinstall everthing.
