Your laptop needs to be upgraded. Or the ram is slow. Or it might be nearly full. Upgrade is the key

Try do the following instructions.
1.Get a download accelerator
2.Turn off all unused apps while downloading
3.Don't upload information while you're downloading
4.Make sure your router is free of any interference
5.Update your network device driver

Then i checked my download speed increased than before or not using Scanmyspeed.com .

Run a test of your internet using www.speedtest.net. You should be seeing ping less than 100 ms, and your download and upload speeds will vary depending on your service. Do you have cable, isdn, dsl, or fiber? cable and fiber should give you speeds of at least 10Mb down 10 Mb up, ISDN and DSL should give you speeds around 500kbps down and 250kbps up.

If you are in slow speed connection plan,try to upgrade to latest plan.To upgrade,you can contact your internet service provider.
You can follow these manual steps to increase the speed of the internet.
1)Install latest browsers like Opera,Google Chrome,or Mozilla Firefox latest versions.
2)Avoid using flash and watching online videos while downloading.It may affect the speed and your internet downloading speed may get very slow.
3)You can use Anti-Virus ,internet security protection to protect the pc from malwares and viruses.
4)Clear cache and delete cookies after using the browser.
5)Reset the modem and router daily once or whenever your internet speed will get slow.

Usually uploading speed will be slow in any type of connection.It is default.Uploading speed will be 1/4 fourth of downloading speed.So uploading speed won't increase more than that.If you fee your internet uploading speed is very slow,it is because of internet traffic.Try using internet in non traffic time.Also try to avoid many downloads at same.You can use latest browser for browsing.To check internet speed visit the site Scanmyspeed.com

downloading speed depends on internet connection not on PC specification.

If your transfer is low then downloading will also be low.

Take note that source from which you are downloading also must have reliable connection.

To find out youre internet speed;
www.speedtest.net
(make sure you dont have any applications that use youre internet. this is to get the correct speed)

You can set a limit for what the torrent can download for.

Right click it and find out how
(i dont know what client you use)

see the problem could be that u have either a slow internet connection.
other wise ur computer could be filled with viruses and Trojans.


do a spyware check and an anti virus check

u might find lots of them

u could also download(i know if u have a slow speed this will feel bad but.....) "tune up utilities "
do a Google search
it has functions to optimize internet browsing and downloading speed..

how many kbps router u have if u have then problem the compny give u a boud on the slow speed when u reset your router its take a ip thats ip has a slow speed if its fix then u have change it on DHCP if DHCP is off ur router on fix ip & thats ip is slow taht y u have got a slow speed u have to do this reset your router & reconfiger it your problem will solvs
