Please try Hard Resetting the device and chck if that would work.1.Power off the phone.2.Press and hold Vol+ key and Power key simultaneously until several blue sentences appear on the screen which are reboot system now; apply update from sdcard; wipe data/factory reset; wipe cache partition.3.Use Vol+ key and Vol- key to move the cursor to "wipe data/factory reset" and press camera key to confirm it.4.There are many words "No" and one sentence "Yes -- delete all user data". Use Vol+ key and Vol- key to move the cursor to "Yes -- delete all user data". Press camera key to confim it.5.The phone will finish the reseting by itselft after about 10 seconds later and then the cursor will be on "reboot system now" and press camera key to confirm it. The phone will reboot automatically. There is no unlock and password any more after the phone is on.

My cursor won't move and ive tries resetting my

I want you to attach an external mouse and see if you can get the cursor to move. If it does, you have a defective driver. Microsoft can diagnose and fix that problem in three easy clicks. CLICK HERE for the diagnostic and fix.

Cursor won't move on my Acer laptop

Dear Friend,

On your desktop press the following key conbination: Fn + F7 if not, there must be a problem with your mouse pad. It might also be that your OS takes time to load or freeze and it make it look that the mouse is not working. You can also try and external mouse.

Good Luck!!!

I'm using a sony vaio Core i7 with Windows 7. While writing something suddenly i found the cursor have moved somewhere else from where i was writing. Can anyone please help?

It could be that your hand accidentally hit the touchpad while you were typing, which would have moved the cursor. I've done this a few times before, so I'm fairly certain that's what happened. The cursor won't move on its own unless someone is controlling it, and it's highly unlikely that you have a trojan or a virus that is doing that.

Hope this helps!
