here ur pc is recognizing ur external hardware that is mouse but cursor is not moving this indicates that bluetooth connection is good and problem comes with the mouse. i advise to meet a good technician and there is nothing to do with it further.

On your desktop press the following key conbination: Fn + F7 if not, there must be a problem with your mouse pad. It might also be that your OS takes time to load or freeze and it make it look that the mouse is not working. You can also try and external mouse.
It could be that your hand accidentally hit the touchpad while you were typing, which would have moved the cursor. I've done this a few times before, so I'm fairly certain that's what happened. The cursor won't move on its own unless someone is controlling it, and it's highly unlikely that you have a trojan or a virus that is doing that.
