My password was entered too many times and im guessing the phone is locked or something... i just that it's saying reload software 513

To perform a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.5 and 4.6, perform the following steps:
1) Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
2) Double-click Application Loader.
3) Click Add/Remove Applications.
4) Type your BlackBerry smartphone password and click OK.
5) Select the check boxes next to the names of the applications you want to load.
6) Click Settings, and then select the check boxes beside Delete all application data and Erase all currently installed applications.
7) Click OK.
8) Click Next > Finish
9) When the process has completed, the message The loading operation was successful will appear. Click Main Menu to return to BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

First of all, install the Blackberry desktop manager if you haven't already got it installed - then get the device software - start from here, and select your service provider:

Once you have downloaded the correct software and installed it on your PC, connect the BB, run the desktop manager and go to "application loader" - select your device (which will probably be identified as something like "USB: PINxxxxxx"), select which components you want to load, and click "OK".
Then make a cup of coffee, since it's a pretty slow process.

all you need to do is sync your blackberry with your blackberry desktop manager and run the application loader. you will lose all data on the phone because you will be re-installing the software

you can reload the firmware by going to blackberry.com and do a firmware update online. hope this helps
You need to reload your BB OS onto the BB. the link below has detailed instructions. BTW...your data is lost sorry.
