Did you change the scanner cover? This happens when a wrong cis type is installed. The rom data has to be set again (this can only be done by service personal)

A:7 = Turbine faulty Module has detected no Turbine rotation. check turbine and wiring
I.E. The module has detected water in the tank via the pressure switch but has not received a signal from the turbine to indicate water flow.
• Check wiring between turbine and module.
• Check Turbine rotation
Usually a duff turbine, you can find it on the left handside of the machine behind the metal side panel it should spin round when the machine is filling
Multi Splits and Multi V = indoor unit is set to run in a different mode from the master indoor unit. Set ALL indoor units to cooling or ALL to heating to clear. Splits = Compressor Over Current (CT2)
A7 says that the scanner information in the eeprom is corrupted. The scanner is the wrong type. You will need a shop to do the eeprom clear in the diagnostic mode.
I have discovered the hard way that the start-stop switches on many electronic devices do NOT turn the power on and off. There is always power being supplied to the unit when it is plugged in. Try leaving it unplugged for a couple of hours and fire it up again.
