The POE should have a balun/power supply. You plug a data cable with RJ45 connectors into the power injector and that will go to the access point. You will need either a cable running out to that or you will need the antenna (send and receive side) to get the signal there wirelessly. If you use this option the you will get up to two miles that you can shoot the signal. You will need a router to send the signal. If you give me a complete list of what you have from Engenious I can map this out for you.

Data communication problems accross my WLAN Bridge

The first step here is to identify exactly what portion of the link is the culprit. Clearly you must have some sort of AP in the remote building for the handheld devices to connect to, since the bridge radio won't perform that function. So I would attach an AP of that type directly to the ProCurve and see if the problem is present or absent when you try to sync devices using that AP without any involvement by the Engenius units at all. If you isolate the behavior to the Engenius units, you may have to play with the Data Rate and Fragment Threshold settings.

Cannot get in to my Engenius 3220 with 192.168.1.10

Attach the 3220 directly to your computer with an ethernet cable (through the POE box, of course). Allow it 60 seconds to start up. Make sure the address of your computer is 192.168.1.something. Ping 192.168.1.10. If it answers, browse to 192.168.1.10 and it should let you in, or ask you for a name and password, however you have it set up. If the ping fails, 192.168.1.10 is not the address assigned to your bridge, and you may have to perform a factory reset on the unit using these instructions:
http://engeniustech.com/datacom/support/general-details.aspx?id=65
If the ping and browse succeed, then make sure that 192.168.1.10 is not within the DHCP range of your Netgear router to avoid it giving out the same address to some other device. I assume that 192.168.1.x is in the LAN range of your router -- if not, that's your problem.

Trying to get into my engenius 3220.using 192.168.1.254

If you have lost track of what IP address you have assigned your 3220, you can use the serial reset procedure documented here to return it to factory defaults:

I am using a EnGenius Senao 3220 plus bridge radio to pick up the signal from another same brand radio. i am able to connect to the network but i was not able to get in to the internet: "Unable to get...

If you have the radio configured as a bridge (not a bridge-router), you must ensure that your computer is in the same LAN IP subnet as the remote router. If the remote router supplies DHCP, this should happen automatically; if not, you must configure your computer manually.
Once there, you may have to manually define DNS servers on your computer in order to access machines on the internet by name. If you can browse to http://216.239.122.34, but not to http://google.com, your problem is solely lack of defined DNS servers. This is not an artifact of the Engenius units, but the remote server.
