Red flash light blinking.

I recently purchased a Marantz PM 6004 (a month before). I'm having a continuous red flash light problem since two days. I've tried all the settings which is given in the owner's manual, however i'm unable to turn it on. Request you to please help me in this regard. I would be very thankful to you. Thank you very much in advance.

That's a short circuit indicator. If you have some electronic skills u can repair it, else send it to a repair shop.

Thank you Mr.Alazhary. Now it is working fine. Have a small doubt, I also own a yamaha NS F150 Flower Standers and Bose 161 Stereo Speakers. Can i connect both (using speaker A and B) with my marantz pm 6004?

Yes you can. But different handling power speakers may produce distortion or clipping.

Can you please tell me the best matching speakers for my marantz pm 6004. Suggest me for Floor standers and also Book shelf speakers. My friends suggest me for Mezzo 6 - Mordaunt short.

    The marantz specs are 8ohm 45watt or 4ohm 60watt.

Mezzo 6 - Mordaunt short is ok, but too high for the marantz. You need 8ohm 55w to 90w or 4ohm 80w to 110w speakers.

The red light on my Marantz SR5008 keeps flashing and wont turn on. How can I fix this

Disconnect everything and then plug in only the power. If the light still blinks, the PS is probably damaged and will need to be serviced. If the light doesn't blink, you have a shorted connection. Speaker wires are probably the most likely.

Marantz problems

The speakers are 8ohms. Always try using speakers 6 or 4ohms. For B&W 683 on PM 6004 is too low. You should go for PM 7000 or 8000 series to catchup with 683. Also when you increase the volume please decrease the bass as well.
You need 8ohm 55w to 90w or 4ohm 80w to 110w speakers.

Marantz pm 6004 blikining red power standby

Are the speakers connected?

If so , you have an output DC voltage issue ( typically outputs dont want to see more than 100mV DC going to the speakers. If that happens , the Protect circuit will kick in. Find a repair tech in your area because I think this amp is worth fixing

Chair no longer charges, no flashing or blinking, lights,

The number of lights that are blinking indicate what the problem is. Visit this site to locate the type on controller on your power chair and you will be able to see that the blinking lights mean:

Try to reset your manual brake release as this is a common problem.
If you continue to have a problem, contact your manufacturer or dealer for service. If your insurance purchased they power chair for you, they may also cover the cost of repairs.
Good luck!

Hitachi 53uwx10ba turns on & off when off red flashing light/clic

Same problem. Replaced both convergence ICs about 5 months ago. Worked fince since then and just recently no sound, no video, blinking red on front panel and clicking sound. I suspect that the ICs went bad again and blew a resistor or two. I used cheap Chinese ICs instead of the Sanyo ones and thing this is why. I'll be looking at it again and post solution.

Marantz PM-48 connecting to TV

look on the back of the TV and there should be L/R audio outputs (white & red), connect this to a spare input of your amp via a connecting lead eg. AUX or any other input except PHONO.

hope this helps.
