If u just got it return it. your battery is died need new one.tip to make battery last longer. when u get a new battery by itself or it is part of something like a cell phone. do not charge most have half power right out of the box. use battery until it is 100% died.then charge it until full don't over charge. it is a trick to make your battery last long when it has a full charge. never leave battery charging overnight if done to much it makes the battery weak and wont hold charge for long. never leave charging cord plugged in when its not in use. when it is power from the socket is still flowing in the charger which is slowly frying it. that why most people go though up to 4 chargers for each device. i hope this helps have a sweet one!!
when you moved make sure you did not hit the kill switch that will not allow a spark .. the other thing you can try is to see if there is a spark. you can pick up a spark tester at any auto store
replace the battery with a new one. Many battery types create a 'memory' when used repeatedly without a full charge. stopping the charging process prior to full charge lowers the level the battery 'expects' a full charge to be. Do this often enough and you will create a battery that expects full charge to occur at zero charge.
try changing the battery. Sometimes the battery can be bad, not keeping a charge long enough to allow the computer to power on.
Try a new power cord. First thing is, there can be a short that intermittently causes the computer to show as charging, but it stops actually charging after letting go of the plug. Second, the cord is going bad and not allowing a full charge to go through.
