According to the manual, page 23, "H:HH" means "Temperature in breadmaker is too high". The solution is to "Press the Stop button. Remove the baking pan, leave lid open and allow to cool. When cool, put the baking pan back in, set program and start the program again."

Panasonic sd-yd250 does not mix raisins after the beep that signals the time you're supposed to put the raisins in

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Panasonic sd-yd250 bread machine. It sounds like you're having an issue with the raisins not being mixed into the dough properly. There are a few things you can try to fix this problem.
First, make sure you're adding the raisins at the right time. Most bread machines have a beep that sounds when it's time to add mix-ins like raisins. You should add the raisins when you hear the beep, and not before.
If you're adding the raisins at the right time and they still aren't being mixed in properly, try coating the raisins in a little bit of flour before adding them to the dough. This will help them to incorporate more evenly into the dough.
Another option is to add the raisins after the bread machine has finished mixing the dough. Once the dough is mixed, you can remove it from the machine, stir in the raisins by hand, and then shape the dough and place it in the loaf pan. This will ensure that the raisins are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
I hope this helps! If you're still having trouble, you may want to contact Panasonic for additional assistance.

When I use the dough cycle on my bread maker, the dough doesn't seem to rise enough and is sticky and wet.

Looks like you have the same bread man machine I have. My metod is too unplug the machine for a half hour then put it through a second round of mixing. At the end of secound mixing I place the dough in a bowl greased and large enough for the dough to rise one last time oil top of dough cover with a towel on top of stove turned on set to the desired temperature. Keep dough away from any drafts. Once dough has doubled in size usually about one hour, take dough from bowl and divide it into buns or loafs of bread. Let dough rise again covered. Place in oven bake for about 15 minutes or longer until desired color, bread is done when you tap the top of it and it has a hollow sound, remove from oven let cool in pan for about 5 minutes, then take bread out of pan and place on a rack that allowes air to flow all around it. The reason for the rack is that baked bread that is allowd to cool on a fly surface will cause the bread to sweat on the bottom. Make sure yeast is good not expired or left out in the open

Sw13 scale reads HHH

Most likely HHH represents an error message telling you the weight of them item is higher than the scale can handle. For example if you had a very sensitive scale that weighed up to 50 carats and you put a 250 carats ring on the scale, it would give you an over load error message.

Kitchenaid 525 stopped working while mixing cookie dough

Let it completely cool and then start again. It overheated because your speed was set too low for the heaviness of the dough. I have burned up three kitchenaid stand mixers so far making bread. go up one setting at least; if it is straining, go up another.

Do you mix up the dough before you put the dough in the machine? or do you just add all the ingredence and let it the machine mix it up?

Hi friend, that is the wonder of a bread machine! You just put the ingredients in (measured carefully) and it does all the work. You don't have to mix anything!

Hi, We have a 3phase Hobart D300 Mixer onboard and the cooks are complaining that there is not enough grunt. I have checked the 3 speeds and they are working finee however when dough is being mixed it...

Hello Veelec,

As the machine is mixing dough it seems that it is getting sluggish. This is caused by the machine being over loaded. Although it is a 30 qt mixer that is for liquid filled capacity. I do not know what kind of dough you are mixing so I will give you a light to medium dough and then the heavy dough capacity. Also on this machine all dough should be mixed in speed 1 or low to keep from damaging the machine.

You will need to know the Absorption Rate (AR) of you dough, to find this you take the weight of the water divide the weight of the water and multiply by 100.

AR = Water Weight / Flour Weight x 100%

The higher the percent the higher the capacity the lower the percent the lower the capacity. Also the temperature of the water will have to be considered as the colder the water the harder the dough it is to mix the dough the batch should be reduced by 15% to 20% for water temperature between 65-75 degrees.

For a Light to Medium dough with a 60% AR the unit capacity is 45 pounds in first speed.
For a Heavy dough at 55% the units capacity is 30 pounds in first speed.

The above capacities are for bread doughs, if you are doing pizza dough, dough nut dough or wheat dough please post back to this thread and I will help you to find the capacities.

I hope that I have helped you with your problem and would like to thank you for using FixYa to find a solution to your problem.

Hi,
Air temperature in your kitchen, humidity and barometric pressure can effect bread dough. Best thing is to watch it mix and add either water or flour so that the dough forms a nice soft ball and is separated from the side of the pan while mixing.

The bowl holds 20 quarts--are you overloading the mix? This mixer is not made for medium/heavy pizza dough.Depending on the pounds of dough, water and other ingredients will affect the mixer in some way.

Please check your shaft and bushing on the bottom of your bread pan . What is happening is the bushing is dirty and binding , your drive motor is heating and resetting or stopping , I just fixed this by pulling out the shaft and lubricating it with loive oil . It works so good now , better than new !
