Why doubbledown casino doesn't download

Trying to download the games of doubleDown casino since yesterday morning and doesn't comes out ..I don't to loose the contact because I bought 300,000.00 chips I have the right for them .they already charge for them to my credit card .Hope you can solve the problem they have with the game Thank you very much.

Wow, and I did not have this with uptown aces casino. I am retired myself, but every friday everything works like clockwork, my grandchildren have been studying in europe for a long time, they send postcards and I do not forget to pamper myself once we live and my son has long been used to such a full life for me.
