Check thermal fuse cut out gone..

PMG!!! I called GE and was told that changing the light bulb is not a consumer replaceable part!!! Are you kidding me!! She told me I had to have a GE tech come out. Makes you want to buy GE appliacnces, right!

yes replace the keypad

the outter cover wrapes around unit remove screws, be careful high voltage is present even with power off just replace bulb reassemble

Here is the GE download page for your manual. Page 35 of your  manual gives the light bulb replacment instructions.
