You need to change the printer properties.

You can do this a few ways:

  • Click File , Print , then click the Properties button.
  • Click File , Print Setup , then click the Properties button.
  • Click File , Print , Setup , then click the Properties button.
  • Click Print , Properties , then click Printer Assistant .
  • Click the Taskbar Printer icon.
  • Right-click the applicable 3740 icon in the Printers folder, then click the Printer Preferences button.

Click on the "Basics" tab.

The 3rd option under "orientation" will say "mirror image".

Make sure this is un-checked.

If your job printed out backwards then you must select Print as Image located in the top right corner of the print dialog box that shows up when you set your document to print:

Words on my coby kyros model MID7048 tablet are backwards. How do I fix this?

If the tablet displays text backwards as if seeing it thru a mirror. This is an indication that there is a physical problem with the device and should be returned to where purchased if you are still in warranty for repair or replacement.

Someone changed a setting

The setting is in the Menu. It sounds like you went to the "Image" section which lets you make the adjustments you list. Try the "Source" menu, then "Mirror". That's where you will find options for Rear Screen Projection, which makes the image backwards.

Printing backwards

When you get the print window, click "Properties", then click on the "Advanced" tab. Look for a "Mirror Image" menu item. It should say "Off". If not, click on it and you should get a drop down box to change it to off.
