Unfortunately, as the camera is over six years old now, it is unlikely that a driver will be available. For a firmware update, check on the manufacturer's website.
The best way to transfer your images is to put the media card into a separate USB card reader, which Windows 10 should treat as just another disc drive.
you need to install a VGA card driver for the resolution to work, locate it in google using the type of VGA card you have in your PC, to find out what VGA card you have use Belarc Advisor(get it in google)
First the easiest way is to try to update the VGA (Display) Drivers automatically from internet. Right Click My
Computer and go to Properties - then Device Manager. Look for VGA
Display Adapters (Drivers) in the list. Right Click the Display Adaptor
and Choose update Drivers automatically. This will update the Drivers
automatically from windows update and install the latest compatible
drivers (if available).
Secondly, Sony
Vaio SZ-360P is compatible with Windows Vista. Hence, there is a great
possibility the VGA Drivers for Vista would work. So, download the Vista Drivers and try them. Good Luck! Hope this helps! CreativeTECH
1) Reset connection or try a different USB port. - If it runs directly from VGA connection, reset VGA card. 2) Update drivers VGA drivers (Either motherboard or PCI manufacturers web site) 3) Update camera drivers (Frontech website follow links for support and downloads) Un-install and re-install the driver software
