How to charge battery for itip 4000 innovative technology bluetooth keyboard

Sometimes with different hardware from different companies are not universally supported, if it is a Bluetooth keyboard then most likely its different than the actual factory standard Bluetooth keyboard for the IOS(Apple) technology and will not work unless you have an IOS or (Apple) certified type of technology that can be used for your personal use in the technology it supports

Took the rechargeable batteries out of the keyboard and put them on to charge before I went to bed last night. Everything fine. Got up this morning, put charged batteries (it's an old 3 battery version and drinks them like there is no tomorrow!) in. NOTHING.
Read about the aluminium foil trick. I just folded a little piece small enough to go down the 'tube' rather than rolling into a ball.

make sure the replacement batteries are fully charged. If they are, you will probably have to reconnect the keyboard to the receiver by pressing the small "connect" button at the bottom of the keyboard.

Try changing battery.Remove any objects that cause interference to the bluetooth signal.

For the wireless mouse to work with your computer, make sure that it has a bluetooth capability in it. This is how your computer will communicate with your wireless mouse. If it does not have bluetooth, see if your wireless mouse came with a bluetooth dongle. If it does, connect the dongle, download the driver and the pc should detect your wireless mouse.
