you may have to boot into recovery and factory reset.

Your problem doesn't make sense. You cannot try the password too often. Try a factory/hard reset.

how to download drivers or this device, i can not get it to read the device on my pc. it says it can't read the drovers, needs an update drivers MAYBE ???? Please help. thank you.

Download the firmware update PRO_PLT7223G_FIRMWARE.ZIP
Download the RockusbDrivers from https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B_keThrKc71iYkZXMHNxZWdVT0U/edit
Save these files to a new folder on your desktop.
Unzip the FIRMWARE file and follow the instructions. When you need the tablet drivers, manually install the drivers from the RockUSBDrivers files in the new folder you created.
