The remote model is Cox DVR Universal
M7820, TV model is Sylvania LC320ss8. The remote work for the digital cable box, but won't power on/off my tv, or control the volume. It also won't control the volume on the digital box. Please help!
There are different codes for the devices that you are using. When you want to insert the code for the tv. > Switch tv on and then switch all the other devices off. Insert code. For digi box > switch on and all other devices off. Insert code for digibox. You must then switch between tv and digi box using the buttons on the top of the remote. Toggle between tv/ digi box.
Have a go with the codes below with the tv and the digibox both on, you never know you might get lucky as these are new codes, if not revert back to 1st solution.

Sadly the 3 digit codes aren't recognized at all. Half the 4 digit codes blinked twice but still wont make the remote turn my tv off. This is frustrating.
Well, thanks for your persistence, but no luck again. Adding the zero to the beginning helped get some of them accepted, but none would make it power off :(
