F9 means your control panel needs to be replaced..chances are part is not covered and if it is the only way you can obtain it is through having service

30 " Convection wall oven

F2 During BAKE Control senses oven temperature above 615F-630F If actual over temperature condition occurred: Look for welded relay contacts on bake or broil relays. If this happens, replace oven control (also called clock or ERC).

If no over temperature condition occurred: Look for a high resistance connection or any other cause of high resistance in the oven temperature sensor circuit. Check sensor, sensor harness and sensor harness connection at sensor and oven control. Replace sensor if found defective.

Remember: Oven control (ERC) measures resistance of sensor circuit , not actual oven temperature. F2 During CLEAN C ontrol senses oven temperature above 915F-930F If actual over temperature condition occurred: Look for welded relay contacts.

Check door lock switches.

Remember: Oven control (ERC) measures resistance of sensor circuit , not actual oven temperature.

Lower element on GE Profile electric convection oven went out

Although this is an easy repair, the element is not a real common one so many service / parts stores may not have the WB44K5018 in stock. Make sure to get on finding one fast to make T day go smoothly. Here in the midwest I use C.E. Sundberg for a lot of my parts, as they have a good stock and are fast. (they have this part on hand at their main branch in Chicago and at Omaha, Fargo, and St. Louis Park (MPLS). The repair is essentially: Turn off power. Remove two 1/4 inch hex head screws. Pull element forward a couple inches into oven cavity to access the electrical terminals. Remove push on wires from old element. Install new element. One of the easier repairs.
