Usually you should find the Customer Service telephone number on the website and call right away to cancel the duplicate order. If they ship both orders, you may have to pay the shipping to return one of them for refund.

own return/refund policy. We support all return/refund policies of the

order confirmation) to inquire about their return/refund policy and

If you already have your printer installed do this:
disconnect printer from computer cancel documents in queue if using a straight USB connection, delete all instances of printer. else remove duplicate printer icons. reboot & reconnect printer (swap cables if not detected)
Be sure that your printer is compatible with your new computer You have to install the printer on the new computer in order to get your printer working Run the installation CD or download the printer program from the internet.
