The easiest solution, use a stepdown transformer fro 22m to 110 volts. Make sure the stepdown ransformer has a power rating that can supply enought watts to run the printer.

Restart the printer and try printing again. If the error persists, it is either the scanner assembly or the ECU. More often the scanner fails on printers than the ECU.

Hi sales233: Here is your problem. Engine error. The formatter and engine are not communicating. 1. Unplug the printer, and then plug it in again. 2. Reseat the formatter cable in the ECU. 3. If the error persists, replace the formatter. 4. If, after replacing the formatter, the error persists, replace the ECU. ECU: is the Engine Controll Unit A certified HP technician will have to work on this machine. Hope this helps.
