I got a silver Dazzle with DVC 170 on it but it didn't come with the Studios disk, I was told by people who stream video games (as I wanna be a let's player) to try Xsplit but there's a issue, my dazzle doesn't show up as a usable camera. Also the drivers Pinnacle listed at their site doesn't have a driver for Windows7 with a system type of 64.bit (it only has a 32.bit for Windows7 that refuses to work/install) but lucky I did find a driver for 64.bit and now my Dazzle's green light turns on. So the light means it's working, but nothing at all pops up showing the footage it's taking from my console, any idea why and how to help?

I have strong feeling that this software is incaptiable with vista maybe mite try going to the site of the maker of the software and asking if it is comptiable if not see i you can request a comptiable software that will work oh( make sure before you do you unstall it first) cause the software will crash or fight with each orther I hope this helps lala linda

Hi there!
Try unplugging the DVC90 and uninstalling it from Device Manager. Then go to the Control Panel and delete all the drivers you find. Reboot and try the installation again. If I remember correctly you can run PCLUSB2.exe first to get the drivers on your hard drive and then plug the device in. When you do that just point the driver install to the folder that the drivers got installed to.

You need to return your product because that device is defected. If you buy that on best buy return it to them and asked for replacement.
