You must manually define the papersize and orientaion of bypass tray at the printer console or printer driver.
Then print bypass tray (e.g. Tray6 on our Xerox).

SOURCE: Paper size Mismatch on Xerox workcentre 4118

Most likely the tray setting has changed, Here is what to check.

  1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. 'Machine Setup' will be displayed on the Display Screen.
  2. Press the [Enter] button.
  3. Press the [Left] or [Right] arrow button until the required tray is displayed, and then press the [Enter] button.
  4. Press the [Left] or [Right] arrow button until the required paper size is displayed, and then press the [Enter] button.
  5. Press the [Stop] button to return to the Standby mode
I am sure you will find one of the tray settings to be incorrect.
If not, click on the printers on your computer, Right click the 4118 and look in the printer properties. One of those settings may be off.
More likely is that the machine settings have changed for whatever reason.

Error C0...Xerox WorkCentre 5020DN Printer

C-0 declares that the size of the document you are trying to print is incorrect with the paper size you have in your machine's tray. To remove the error, press the red button on the control panel and check the size of the document within the printing properties. If the papre size of the document and the paper in the tray are correct then try to use another tray or bypass tray. If the problem still persists, call for service.

I have a WorkCentre 5225 and it is telling me that I have an error (code #071-210) what is this error?

That error specifies a Tray 1 lift failure.

You probably can hear the motor lift 127K38171 when you re-insert the tray, so maybe the lift motor is bad or maybe a sensor
930W00113 is falsely accusing our motor.

Paper size mismatch is appearing on the screen

if that is when your printing you have to check and be sure the paper tray size is set correctly. You press the machine status button and make sure, tray 1, 2 and the bypass are set to the proper size paper.
