Grandson has quad 2006 Artic Cat DUX 90 that has no spark is there a way to check the coil or CDI BOX

coil you can test if you have a coil tester but doubt you do. CDI cant be tested. could also be a pick up coil on the stator, ignition switch, kill switch, tether if it has one.

Why doesn't it rev past 4500rpm?

Bad Cat, bad coils, Bad fuel pump modulator or bad fuel pump (weak). These are places to start checking. My money is on a weak fuel pump.

Does your artic cat have a carb cable if so it will have an adjustment or a clamp on the cable where it attaches to the linkage..check make sure it is set to low idle..and your idle screw is adjusted to low idke..meaning cable adjusted to lowest possible position when the throttle is released..then make your final adjustment using you idle screw..good luck

I have no spark on my 94 ext and it has a new stator and cdi box and igntion coil

Bypass your ignition switch , kill switch, and carburetor safety switches(on the side of the carburetors). All common problems for older sleds (stopping spark). In the carburetors the magnets inside the slides come off killing the spark. There is a kill switch bypass wire in most arctic tool kits. Ignition switches are notorious for going bad and are easily bypassed by simply unplugging them.
