How to increase tank temperature to commercial BUNN model CWTF TWIN...i already removed the front plate and set it to high...is there any other way....
Our Bunn VPR was delivering luke warm coffee. The problem was lime scale buildup on the heating element. I recommend using a cleaner such as Brew Rite or a vinegar solution. If it still does not heat properly, unplug and remove the heating element for cleaning. This corrected our problem.

Yes. It's a tank gasket that can be purchased from www.bunn.com. You'll have to remove the trough above the tank, wires, fuse, temperature probe, water inlet, hot water output tube, and 8 nuts to get to it.
The green ready lights do not last that long. We never replace them on units we service. They are cheaply made. Each side of this coffee maker has its own thermostat. Check to make sure the thermostat is on all the way. If it is check the voltage on the warm side. Make sure it is in the 208v area. This warm problem is 85% the thermostat not set right and or needs replacing.
water tank inlet in the top possibly limed up causing pan to overflow. remove top, use screwdriver or deliming spring to poke through the drain nut in the pan. should work fine now
Remove the front panel and make sure the pressure stat is turned up to max and back it up 1/4 way. If you have done that already then remove the top and check the thermostat and the inline fuse.
Which grommet, there are several on the bunn models, but the most commonly replaced one is the one for the P. stat. Remove the top panel there are 2 screws one in front and one in back, then lift the top 2 burners off machine that will give you access to the tank.
